Barry Kinsey has been the Director of Workforce Development at Monroe County Community College since 2001, bringing experience in economic development, business development and industrial sales. He connects students, alumni and Monroe residents with employment opportunities while coordinating with local employers to hire and retain qualified workers. Barry holds a Bachelor of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Land Use Planning from Eastern Michigan University and serves as co-chair of the WIN Board and a board member at the Community Foundation of Monroe County.
