Cynthia Brown, Associate Dean of Economic Development at Chattahoochee Technical College, drives workforce development across six Georgia counties. With a decade of experience, a Master's in Organizational Leadership and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and project management, she connects businesses and individuals with essential resources and training. Cynthia serves on several boards including the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce Board, Northwest Georgia Regional Commission Workforce Board and chairs the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Grant Committee.
