Daniel Theriault is a Training and Development Specialist at Cummins Inc. where he leads youth and adult apprenticeship programs and advances AI-driven workforce training. He integrates hands-on learning with AI-powered tools to enhance technician development and serves as a key member of Charleston’s Cummins TEC program which provides skills-based education to underserved communities. Through a partnership with Cooper River Center for Advanced Studies he helps recruit students and strengthen industry-education connections to expand awareness of manufacturing careers.
