Dr. Annette Parker is the President of South Central College, a member of the Minnesota State system. Since 2013, she has drawn on her extensive background in manufacturing and workforce education to advance the college's mission and strengthen regional economic competitiveness. Her career spans roles in the automotive industry, academia as an instructor and administrator at Lansing Community College, and leadership of the Automotive Manufacturing Technical Education Collaborative, a National Science Foundation Advanced Automotive Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Kentucky.
