Matt Hladki is the Chief Administrative Officer at Grede, leading HR, communications, and ESG initiatives since joining in June 2022. With over 20 years of experience in HR within the manufacturing and supply chain industries, he has a strong background in workforce development and organizational strategy. He holds a master’s degree in HR and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s in industrial psychology from the University of Michigan. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and the Foundry Educational Foundation.
