Michael Frame serves as Executive Vice President for MACNY The Manufacturers Association, where he is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for policy, strategic decision-making, operations, budget and talent development initiatives. He focuses on workforce development programs such as the Manufacturers Intermediary Apprenticeship Program, Partners for Education & Business and Real Life Rosies New York’s first direct entry pre-apprenticeship program in advanced manufacturing. With experience in higher education leadership at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, Florida State University, SUNY System Administration, Binghamton University and the California State University System, he is a graduate of Syracuse University, Cornell University and Cayuga Community College and serves in leadership roles on multiple economic and educational nonprofit boards.
