Nick Moore is the Director of the Alabama Governor’s Office of Education and Workforce Transformation (GOEWT), where he leads efforts to strengthen the state’s workforce development system. Under his leadership, GOEWT is advancing initiatives such as a learning and employment record, a skills-based job description generator and a human-centered workforce system that helps Alabamians overcome benefits cliffs and other barriers to employment. With a commitment to creating accessible career pathways, Nick brings a strategic approach to workforce policy and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University Extension School and a Master of Public Policy from Cornell University.
