Sara Ross is a leadership expert and the founder and Chief Vitality Officer of BrainAmped, a research firm focused on leadership and well-being. She is the author of Dear Work: Something Has to Change and is on a mission to help organizations and leaders reignite a sense of aliveness in their work and personal lives. Using brain science-based strategies she teaches people how to enhance emotional intelligence, resilience and overall well-being.
Sara’s insights have made her a sought-after thought leader on the future of work, earning her opportunities to work with clients such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Cisco, Wells Fargo, T-Mobile and the U.S. Navy SEALs. She has also collaborated with government agencies, associations and academic institutions including guest lecturing at Smith College’s executive leadership program. Her broad experience allows her to engage with some of the most senior and technically sophisticated audiences.
Before founding BrainAmped, she spent a decade leading leadership development programs as Vice President and Global Head of Leadership Innovation Research and Education at a leadership firm. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Waterloo and outside of work is a coffee lover and fascinated by human behavior.
