Terri Burgess Sandu is the Director of Talent and Business Innovation at Lorain County Community College (LCCC), where she advances student success and business growth. She also leads the Ohio Technical Skills Innovation Network (Ohio TechNet), a statewide consortium focused on manufacturing workforce innovation. Under her leadership, Ohio TechNet has secured over $70 million in investments, supporting workforce initiatives for 15,000 individuals and 1,200 companies. Sandu is a NextFlex Fellow and serves on the National Coalition of Advanced Technology Centers Board.
